works independently allowing the top
sash to open whilst the bottom sash
remains locked in place.
• The bottom lock has a cylinder operated
gearbox with deadbolt, when unlocked
the shootbolt is thrown into the top sash
allowing both sashes to be opened as a
single door.
• When both sashes are locked together
the security and weatherseal of a single
door are retained.
